Reid Barker

I attended Wylie High School in Abilene, TX., where I was very active in FFA. I held a FFA office 3 or my 4 years of high school. I was also a District Officer. Not only did I show goats and lambs, I also participated on several judging teams. My passion exists on our cattle ranch just north of Winters, TX. I grew up helping my granddad, dad, and uncle work cattle, repair fence, and maintain daily ranching duties. My hobbies and interests revolve around the ranching business. I enjoy every aspect of being in the country working with livestock. I also enjoy playing golf and hunting. My long-term career goal is to find a career that I will enjoy my whole life, and that I can support my future family with. I believe an internship can help me reach this goal by learning different aspects of the agriculture field and working in a career place that I will enjoy.
