I attended Goddard High School in Roswell, New Mexico where I was born and raised (however I am NOT an alien). I was very active in extra curricular activities, mostly sports. I was a three time state runner-up for varsity baseball in class 5A. Not only was I involved on the field; but off the field as well. I was a member of a Teen Community Bible Study, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Honor Society. However, my passion exists on our cattle ranch just East of Roswell, New Mexico. I grew up helping both my grandads, dad, and uncle work cattle, sheep, and goats; as well as repair fences and guide hunts along with the daily duties of owning a ranch. My interests and hobbies revolve around the ranching business and sports. I enjoy every aspect of being in the country working with cattle and other various livestock. I also enjoy playing golf, hunting, and fishing. My long term career goal is to own my own Engineering firm, raise a family, and retire on a ranch. I believe an internship can help me reach this goal by learning different aspects of the agricultural world and working in a career place that I will enjoy.
