My name is Victoria (Tori) Hatton, and I am from a rural town called Holyoke located in Northeastern Colorado. This is my second year doing an internship with the Holyoke Chamber of Commerce through the Ogallala Commons. I am currently a senior at Concordia University Nebraska located in Seward, Nebraska and am studying business administration with a concentration in communication. This year I am excited to be able to start my master’s in business administration through my universities dual program BA to MBA. When I graduate, I hope to start working for a film, production, or entertainment company in their content management department. I look forward for the opportunity to be able to manage a movie, tv show, etc. through business. I even hope to potentially have the opportunity to do international business in the future. I would love to be able to work with different production companies around the world and experience how they produce their film content. In hopes of gaining more experience I cannot wait to work with the Holyoke Chamber of Commerce again. The experience I hope to expand on is in public relations, project management, and event planning. This summer I will have plenty of opportunities through the many events and projects that the Chamber partakes in. One event in particular that I will get to help work on is the Chamber of Commerce’s biggest event of the year Dandelion Daze. This summer I am extremely excited to continue to grow my experience and to see how the Holyoke Chamber of Commerce works with the community.
