Throughout my internship, I have learned the importance of customer satisfaction. Not only in the hospital are they concerned about the health of the community, but the happiness of the community. Using different methods, the hospital has helped to create new ways to satisfy the community. They have ipads with surveys for patients to take after their appointment. Each month they print off the results and brainstorm different ways to improve the customer satisfaction. Another big focus for the hospital was to create a happy and safe working environment for their employees. Senior Leadership met once a week to discuss ways to create a better work place for their employees. Another way that the hospital prioritized efficiency and satisfaction was creating quicker response times and bringing in a variety of different healthcare. There is a lot of behind the scene work to keeping a small community happy.
