Blog One: Introduction Levi Collins

I loved spending time with good friends both old and new at the retreat.

What I look like every day.

Hi, my name is Levi Collins, and I am 17 years old. I have lived in La Junta, Colorado my entire life, and have gone to school in the Swink School District my entire life as well. I am currently a Junior at Swink High School. I love to golf, and I am a straight A, 4.0 GPA, student. I am also a 4.0 GPA student at OJC. I am a wonderful person, I love reading, and I love hanging out with my friends. I enjoy working and volunteering for my school and within my community. I have learned many beneficial traits working with all age and grade level helping students with special needs. I believe very strongly in personal accountability and integrity. I feel that I am flexible and can easily adapt to different situations. I am self-motivated, reliable, dependable, and easy to get along with. My long-term goal is that I want to go into a career that involves math, and either chemistry or physics. With this internship, I would be able to improve on my math and chemistry skills and knowledge. I also feel that my understanding of having a job and my networking skills will improve during this internship, and I hope that this will prepare me for the future.
