My First Blog

Hi my name is Yzabella Rey, I am 16 years old and from Canyon TX. I was raised by my mom Evalyn Resendez and her husband Ricardo Resendez, and my father, Oj Rey. I grew up with my five brothers, Christian Baek, Royce, Sebastian, Christian Lee, and Gavin. Growing up in a house full of boys has been a lot of fun. The oldest brother, Christian Baek, who is 19, recently became a father. I am now a proud aunt to Aiden Michael. Establishing a bond with him has further inspired me to follow my dreams of working with babies. I am currently a student at Tulia High School and will be graduating in 2020. I used to be involved in cheerleading, played the flute in band, and student council. I am also involved in a volleyball summer league through Amarillo. When school starts, I will play softball and volleyball. I have decided to graduate early and have a kickstart to my future and get the ball rolling on my college career. After I graduate, I plan on attending Amarillo college to receive my basics, then transfer to West Texas A&M University. I want to pursue a career in nursing and become a Neonatal Nurse. I have always been passionate about working with newborns and infants. My willingness to accomplish my goals is my biggest personal strength and I am excited to see what my future holds. What I want to achieve out of my internship is to learn better communication skills, come out of my shell, and learn how to better my community.
