Intro 2020

My name is Victoria (Tori) Hatton and I am from a rural town called Holyoke, in Colorado. I have one younger brother who is disabled, and I grew up living with my grandparents. My family is Christian, and we attend the Zion Lutheran Church. I am currently a junior at Concordia University Nebraska and am working towards getting my bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in Communication. My passions are reading and music. In junior high and high school, I was an active part of the choirs, musicals, and playing the piano. Currently, I am continuing this passion through playing the piano. Due, to my passion for performing arts I one day want to work in entertainment production management for one of the Hollywood film companies and oversee the production process of movies. This will be my first internship and I am excited to gain experience during this unique time in history. I hope that through this internship I will gain an understanding of how a community and businesses operate through business administration. My internship will be done through Holyoke Chamber of Commerce and the City of Holyoke. It is exciting to know that I will be able to help the community during this difficult time of year and help the Chamber of Commerce and City of Holyoke to continue to help aid and support the community. I am looking forward to all the new experiences and knowledge that I will gain from my mentors and the work that I will do through this internship.
