During my internship this summer I have experienced and learned so many things. This internship has helped me build myself in preparing for my future.

This summer I had the privilege of being able to go to many different companies and work for a week at each of them. I enjoyed every place I got to work and had a great experience at all them. My top 4 places I got to work at were Roll a Cone, Swisher Electric, Happy Toy Maker, and L.T.S. Ventures.

At Roll a Cone I got to help assemble rotary hoes and see how the company works. The experience I got there was great and I learned many new skills. It was my favorite place to be at this summer and I loved the work environment.

While I was at Swisher Electric I learned so much that I had no idea about. It was a huge learning experience and great place to be at. I met so many new people and got a great look at what an engineer does on a daily basis.

Happy Toy Maker was the coolest and most interesting place I got to work at this summer. Learning how all the toys are made and how to run the equipment was very fun. I enjoyed all the people I got to work with and who I got to work for. It was a very fun experience.

My last week of my internship I got to work at L.T.S. Ventures. I learned a lot about the business and new skills and how to work on belt trailers.

My main challenge during this internship was mainly time management. I had to work around vacations, summer workouts and my last week I had to work around two a days. It was at times stressful but I always got it to work out.

While doing my internship I learned how to manage my time and make myself available. This has helped me tremendously because I will need to know this for my first year of college after my senior year. I also learned to be more social and outgoing around people I don’t really know very well and be a leader. Lastly I learned the importance of communication and how it’s good for you and the person you’re working with or for to be on the same page.

This internship was truly a great experience and I appreciate everything and everyone that was apart of it. I truly am grateful for this opportunity.
