Ready to save some lives!
Ready to save some lives!

Sexiest Family alive!
Sexiest Family alive!

My name is Jesus Beltran and I am from Kaufman, TX. Its a small town Southeast of Dallas, TX. Things that I enjoy are SOCCER, running, and Netflix! I am a senior nursing student at West Texas A&M University (GO BUFFS!). I plan to graduate with my Bachelors of Science in Nursing in May 2015 and apply to Parkland Hospital in Dallas, TX and hopefully work as a pediatric nurse. Pediatric nursing is something that I experienced this past semester at Northwest Hospital and I feel that pediatrics is where I belong! I am also a resident assistant for one of the residence halls on campus.

Nursing school has been extremely difficult but my will to succeed and make my family proud outweighs any obstacle. I have an older brother named Josh Beltran and an amazing mother named Rosa Martinez. My family is the reason I am so driven to be the best.  I am in an extraordinary relationship with Christina Lehman. We have been together 3 and a half years and she is the reason that I decided to apply to WTAMU and now we are both a year away from graduation!

I am interning at Hereford Regional Medical Center for the summer of 2014. What I hope to gain from this internship is hands-on experience working with patients in different departments of nursing and to save some lives in the process. I would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Darryl Birkenfeld and Mr. Anthony Tijerina, CNO at HRMC, for the opportunity they have given all of us.
